Today’s guest is Bob White, founder and former CEO of Real Capital Analytics (RCA). RCA is one of the most comprehensive providers of global commercial real estate data.

Bob founded RCA back in 2000 after 14 years in real estate investment banking and brokerage. He grew the business for over 20 years before selling it to financial data juggernaut MSCI for $950m in 2021. Bob is now an active advisor to early stage startups, real estate developer, and Chairman of the Advisory Board for UVA’s Center for Real Estate.
